Returns / Refunds Policy

Sin Yee LLP accept returns for the following reasons:

a) An Incorrect Item sent
b) A Defective Item

All returns must be received within 10 days from the day the parcel has been mailed. Our return policy does not apply for product(s) that have been used or damaged. All returns must be accompanied by the original or copy of the original sales receipt. Product(s) must be in sealed, original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.  


Sin Yee LLP will reimburse normal postage for defected/incorrect item(s) sent to you. Please note that there is strictly no cash refund unless the exact item is out of stock and we will only proceed on with an exchange if the item was purchased directly from us. All exchanges will be done via mailing only.

Please note that Sin Yee LLP will not accept returns and exchange of items that are damaged due to mishandling of parcels by SingPost or courier.
