Delivery Details

 

 

  • Delivery fees are levied based on the total weight of your purchases. The total delivery fees will be calculated automatically upon checkout.
  • All local normal mails are dispatched via SingPost. Postage ranges from S$0.80 to S$3.55. Normal mailing option will not be available for parcel that is more than 2kg. Registered postage is available at an additional S$2.24 per parcel
  • All courier parcels are dispatched via appointed courier service provider. Courier fee ranges from S$7 to S$17.
 
  • Estimated Delivery Timeframe
    • Normal / Registered : 3 - 5 working days
    • Courier : 2 - 3 working days
  • All orders are only dispatched after successful verification of payment

  • Before arranging for delivery, Sin Yee LLP will check that the items are in good order and free of defects

  • Tracking of parcel is not available for normal mail. We seek your understanding that Sin Yee LLP will not be able to advise or trace the status once the parcel has been sent out. It is up to our discretion and of goodwill that we help check with SingPost with regards to the missing/ delayed parcel.

  • Sin Yee LLP will not be responsible for the loss, delay or damage of parcel due to mishandling/ negligence by SingPost or the courier company.

  • For courier delivery, there will be an additional charge for re-delivery. Please provide your contact number when ordering so that the courier can reach you in any unforeseen circumstances.

 

  • Full payment must be completed before any meet-up can be arranged.

  • Meet-up for collection is only at Blk 423 Ang Mo Kio Ave 3, on weekends. Strictly by prior appointment only and is subjected to our availability.

    • Pickup Location : Toy Outpost outlet at Plaza Singapura, #07-11B

    • Pickup Time : Saturday 3pm onwards

    • Admin charge of $2 is applicable for each collection

  • Customer will be notified via email on the pickup date. The collection invoice will also be sent to Customer via email. Please Do Not attempt collection before receiving our confirmation email.
  • Please Do Not attempt collection before the date and time stated on the confirmation email, as your package may not be ready. Toy Outpost store personnel reserves the right to reject collection before the allocated pickup date and time.
  • Please present the invoice to the Toy Outpost store personnel during collection. Collection will Not be allowed without the invoice.
  • Collection has to be done within 14 days from the notification date (not date of ordering). Any items that are uncollected after the stipulated pickup period shall be forfeited. No refunds will be made for forfeited items.

  • Please notify us if you need to collect your items before the pickup date and time stated on the confirmation email. Kindly note that we reserve the right to impose additional charges on such change.
