In a bank transfer or PayPal transaction, you must use your own bank or PayPal account. Sin Yee LLP will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a bank account or PayPal account fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.
